Our Firm is a Southeastern Pennsylvania-based CPA firm dedicated to providing expert professional services to individuals, closely held businesses and not-for-profit entities. Our goal is to meet our clients’ expectations while maintaining a positive yet objective viewpoint. We strive to be a comprehensive business resource, responsive to all of our clients’ needs. Using both our internal and external resources, we will provide the requisite skills and professional expertise necessary for our clients to achieve their business and personal goals.

Quality
The Firm has attained what we believe to be a structure, which fosters quality. We have instituted quality control systems as the base of our organization, which allow our efforts to be more productive and creative. We have standard audit programs that are tailored to each engagement and thereby promote effective supervision and documentation of our accounting procedures. Our continuous updating of audit techniques and technical issues has permitted us to perform our procedures with more depth of coverage, yet still within a practical time limit.
Service
In order to enhance both the quality and service of the Firm, we have formed an advisory board. This board is a group of people consisting of current clients, from different industries, and referral sources which meet once per quarter to provide feedback on the performance of the Firm. We believe this feedback will enable us to enhance the firm’s quality and customer service.
Finally, our primary goal in servicing our clients is to communicate effectively. We believe many organizations incur problems because of misunderstandings or the lack of communication. By listening to our clients’ needs, we are able, at the outset of the engagement, to provide meaningful service.
History
Our Company was founded in 2002 to serve individual and businesses in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. Our experience working with individuals and business owners revealed that they had accountants but lacked advisors. Business owners and managers need to have resources at their disposal to assist in the interpretation of facts to determine a path to follow. This same philosophy applies to our work with individuals and non-business clients. We are a resource of information for your team.
Our Firm was founded on the premise of being your resource and partner. We developed our practice on the foundation of working closely with individuals, advising businesses, maintaining cash flow management and organizational structure. Put our staff to the test. You will find their expertise an invaluable tool to assist you in achvieving your goals. We strive to be the advisor of choice in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region.
In 2008, we merged with Birchard Bray and Company, LLC. In doing so, we expanded the breadth of our knowledge and experience and added an additional office location.
